Franciscan Health is proud to host our Faith and Community Health Collaboration. This gathering is open to all who are engaged in or feel called to Health Ministry. Together, we support faith communities in promoting health and whole-person well-being.
Our collaboration day will consist of separate dedicated breakout sessions for Faith Community Nurses and Health Ministry members, joint panel focused on promoting health and whole person well-being, and two inspiring keynote speakers.
Our keynote speakers will be:

Rev Dr. Dwight Holland, Owner and Chairman of Family and Community Partners Counseling Services
Objectives for our Collaboration:
Learn about community-based, evidence-informed programs that integrate faith to support health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness initiatives.
Learn about successful faith-based community health models and interventions.
Identify practical approaches to strengthening community partnerships that promote holistic, culturally responsive health outcomes.
There is a fee to register but we also will not turn anyone away and can register without the fee. Also, nursing CEs will be available for those wanting them.
